Mr. Bart Moss

Mr. Moss is a 1989 graduate of Phil Campbell High School. At PCHS, he was a Class 3A first team all-state placekicker. He attended Auburn University where he was a walkon member of the football team. He graduated from Auburn in 1994. Mr. Moss is a member of the Auburn Football Letterman Club. He has a school leadership degree from the University of North Alabama.

Mr. Moss taught Business and Marketing Education in Walker County for two years before entering private business for several years. He returned to education at Tharptown High School as a history, government and economics teacher for 11 years. He was in administration at Tharptown for four years before being hired at Phil Campbell High School.

Mr. Moss is married to Amy Moss. They have two children, Hayden and Ragan. He is a freelance sports writer and photographer for the Franklin County Times. He loves to read and travel to New York City.
