Kindergarten - 12th Grade Registration Information

 Click on the forms below to download the documents needed to register your child.  Please fill out all forms with blue or black in.  Please print except when a signature is requested. 

Alabama's nationally recognized First Class Pre-K is preparing for another year!

There is no registration fee for this program.  No child will be denied participation on basis of income, sex, race, color, naitonal origin, or disability.  Public school system pre-k programs may have zoning requirements that determine eligibility to attend.  

Go online to the following link to coplete the Pre-registeration form and submit birth certificate and proof of residence.  Pre-K Registration Site
