  Every effort is made to pay employees and substitutes accurately and on time.  

  The normal cut-off date for payroll each month is the 15th. However, this date is subject to change if needed.

   All employees and substitutes net monthly pay is electronically direct deposited into the bank/institution of their choice on the last day of the month with the exception of the last day falling on a weekend or holiday. There could be some exceptions to this rule. 

 The Franklin Co School Board began paperless direct deposits in January 2012. No paper checks or statements are printed or mailed. Employees and substitutes receive a Statement of Deposit email with reflecting payroll information for the month.
