12.   Amend Student Code of Conduct/Handbook page 28 under Truancy - change the

        number 16 years to 17 years

 

13.   Award bid to D&R Carpets for tile and installation in the East Franklin Junior High

        School Cafeteria at bid price of $13,865.00.  This project will be paid using CNP

        funds.  

 

14.  Approve the following coaches for the 2009-2010 school year:

 

         Phil Campbell High School

         Ronald Harris-Assistant Baseball Coach receiving Supplement

         Griffin Harris  - Volunteer Baseball /Volunteer Assistant Basketball Coach

         Nathan Harris - Volunteer Baseball Coach

         Doug Jackson - Assistant Softball Coach

         Greg Scott - Assistant Softball Coach

 

15.  Amend personnel action of September 11, 2009 meeting.  Chasity Morgan and Tanna Benford are paid Junior

       High Girls Basketball Assistants for Phil Campbell High School for the 2009-2010 basketball season.  (These

       assistants were listed as unpaid volunteer assistants.)
