9. Approve the following out of state trips:


       a. East Franklin Junior High School 9th Grade Class to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge,

             Tennessee May 17-19, 2017


       b. Belgreen School Kindergarten and 1st Grade to Tupelo Buffalo Park in Tupelo,

             Mississippi May 5, 2017


       c. JAG/JSB/FCCLA to Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell, Georgia May 12, 2017


       d. Phil Campbell Elementary School 1st Grade to Tupelo Buffalo Park and Zoo in Tupelo,

             Mississippi May 5, 2017


       e. Phil Campbell High School Access Club to Memphis, Tennessee (St. Jude, zoo, mall &

             to eat) May 5, 2017


       f. Vina High School 7th-12th Grade English Achievers to America's Incredible Pizza in

10.   Approve four day work week for personnel on ten, eleven and twelve month contracts for  

       the summer months


11. Approve Summer School for 2017 to be held at Tharptown and Belgreen Schools

       Summer School Dates: June 5, 2017 through June 30, 2017

       Fees: In System – ½ Credit $200.00 Whole Credit $400.00

                 Out of System – ½ Credit $250.00 Whole Credit $450.00


12. Award bid for Wireless Access Points to CDW-G as lowest responsible bidder at

       bid price of $76,048.00


13. Approve Physical Therapy Service Agreement with Dr. Jenny L. McCullar ($50.00

     per regular visit made to each student, $100.00 per initial evaluation per student, and

     $.535 per mile for physical therapy services rendered to students. This is a two year

     agreement (2017-2019).


14. Approve contract with Stepping Stone Pediatric Therapy, Inc. for occupational therapy

       services for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019 at the rate of $100 per

       evaluation and $70 per hour of direct therapy service. Travel expenses will be compensated

       at the prescribed mileage rate of the school system from the therapist's home and between



15. Approve Interagency Agreement for Providing Mental Health Services between Franklin

       County School System and Riverbend Center for Mental Health. The length of this

       agreement shall be for a period from October 1, 2017 until September 30, 2018
