12.  Approve the following out-of-state field trips for Community Education:

 

•v     Health Works Kids Museum and Veteran's Park in Tupelo, Mississippi, July 1, 2011 for Belgreen, Phil Campbell, and Tharptown sites

•v     Health Works Kids Museum in Tupelo, Mississippi, July 19, 2011 for Red Bay site

 

13.  Award the following bids to be in effective through June 30, 2012:

 

•v     Award paper bid for copier/computer paper to Paper and Chemical Supply Company, Inc. as lowest responsible bidder for the following products:

            8 ½ " x 11"  paper   $28.90,  8 ½ " x 14" paper   $41.95  

     

•v     Award bid for LP Gas to Dowdle Gas Company as lowest responsible bidder at

            $1.9450 per gallon

 

•v     Award bid for diesel to Tatum Oil, Inc. as lowest responsible bidder at

            $3.213 per gallon   

 

14.  Approve Student Policy Handbook 

 

15.  Approve mileage rate reimbursement paid to individuals traveling in privately owned

       vehicles on official business from 51 cents per mile to 55.5 cents per mile effective

       July 1, 2011
